I need this ad creation tool for my private use. It should have dashboard for easy maneuvering. Please see the attach images so you can have the idea on what i want to do.

Basically, it will product the embedable code which i will embed on websites where i want to show the ads i have made.

The proposed budget are not final because I am not sure how to price this. Anyway place your bid.
