I need an Android App or IOS application created in Flutter and Dart where the Customer will download it on Google Playstore or IOS . The app when Double tapped will immediately send a notification to a list of Nearby address to be pre-entered at least 30 locations will be entered and when I double tapp the application will immediately notify the top 15 Nearest location app users with a high volume on their phone so that nobody will ever miss the notification, Then app users will be notified exactly where the location of the user who double tapped the app. So there are two types of app that would be created. An app that will receive the notification and the app who will send the notification thru double tap. When the user who double tapped is moving, the end users using the receiving app should see live on their mobile the moving location(Exact Address) of the user who double tapped the app.The developer who is going to do this type of app should not distribute the same app on google playstore or any other store to be sold for Andoid and IOS..
