– private answer viewing: depends on privacy controls that the forum admin sets depending on increasing credibility of the viewer , which is determined manually through character references and screening credentials and other user feedback SINCE THIS IS A TAXATION FORUM, THE PRIVACY SETTINGS HAVE TO BE UP TO THE ANSWERS LEVEL, WHERE SOME ANSWERS WILL ONLY BE SHOWN TO PREFERRED USERS (WHO HAVE BEEN SCREENED AS WELL USING THEIR BUSINESS DOCUMENTS)
– rewards points: measured by frequency and quality of participation, each reward point is equal to a percentage of an accumulated fund manually determined by the forum admin EXAMPLE: IF 100 USERS PAY 100.00 EACH TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE FORUM, 10,000 X 30% = 3,000 WILL BE SHARED AMONG THE 100 USERS BASED ON THEIR SHARE OF CONTRIBUTION POINTS FROM THE TOTAL CONTRIBUTION POINTS ACCUMULATED THAT MONTH
