1. Answering emails from customers via Amazon seller central/fb/gmail.
2. Messages need to be answered within 14 hours.
3. Fluent in English writing.
4. Patient, reliable and understanding person. Knows the meaning of the term “The customer is always right”.
5. Minimal knowledge of Excel.
6. Customer service experience in the e-commerce world.
Every Thursday-Monday 5pm-10pm PST (Philippines Standard Time) about 5 hours a day. Overtime will be paid accordingly.
