Hi! We're looking for a Fulfillment Operations Associates for our company, which is an e-commerce logistics technology startup.
Primarily, we're looking for people based in the Philippines as we have other remote employees and a BPO there. This is a long-term work-from-home position.
You would work with an awesome group of really experienced people who are experts in e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
• Management of labels and/or invoices for assigned couriers
• Occasional correspondence with account managers regarding order status
• Client and courier support via ticketing system
Qualifications and Expectations:
• Strong technical background and very comfortable with web apps and productivity tools
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work as a team player and takes pride in good work
• Knowledge in ecommerce logistics preferred, but not required
• At least college level, degree not required
• Fully dedicated and available to the company during agreed work hours
• Ability to learn things quickly and eager to self-study and research things if not understood
• Driven and passionate about work
• Reliable internet connection and work equipment (PC/laptop, etc.)
