LazyKey Marketplace is revolutionizing the Short Term Rentals real estate market globally. We are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in the Philippines. This role will report directly to our US-based Head of Customer Support and virtually interact with guests in our properties on a daily basis. Success in this role means being at the intersection of real estate, marketing, and innovation. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has the ability to deal with a great amount of ambiguity, who is analytical, intellectually curious, a great communicator, and willing to get his hands dirty.
Responsibilities
Researches and resolves customer inquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responds to guest inquiries in a timely fashion and follows up with co-workers associated with the customer inquiry. Maintains “ownership” of the inquiry until adequately resolved.
Fosters a positive and professional customer service experience during all interactions with customers and co-workers.
Builds and sustains productive relationships with co-workers to collaborate on customer care issues.
Maintains knowledge of products and services, including but not limited to the hospitality industry.
Source property acquisition leads and facilitates their evaluation.
Collect feedback from guests and partners and translate it into actionable goals.
Requirements
Important: Fluency in English is a MUST and we will only review resumes in English.
Passion for the hospitality industry and desire to learn and grow together with our dedicated team.
Strong knowledge of short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking com, HomeAway, VRBO, Flipkey, Expedia, etc.
Great communication skills, experience in direct phone support and online marketing is a plus.
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven. Agile and able to adapt quickly, operating in a startup high growth environment.
A love of thinking outside the box and developing creative and innovative solutions.
Passion for real estate, hospitality and all things Airbnb. Experience hosting on the site is a huge plus.
