Sales Support Specialist (Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation, Research, Client Communication) – Upwork

About the role:
This position in on a “as needed” basis (at least to begin with) but you need to be available during US time zones to ensure clients receive prompt replies to their queries and any issues are resolved quickly.

What you’ll be doing:
On a day to day basis you will work with colleagues in different time zones and responsiveness is super important to us!  

You’ll also be a star:
– Calendar Organizer – you’ll organize and schedule meetings and appointments
– CRM Data Inputter – you’ll be capturing all relevant contact details and inputting the data into to a – – CRM to follow up with potential clients
– Email Responder – you will be required to respond to all emails within 12 hours, ensuring important messages are brought to the Business Development Manager’s attention.
– Social Media Contributor – using a personal social media account, you’ll engage with and oversee social media groups that are relevant to Movley. You’ll monitor opportunities to post in the groups, when appropriate, about our services.
– Administration Assistant: Keeping confidentiality at the forefront, you’ll handle sensitive information and reply professionally to all email and social media inquiries. ​​​​​​​

About you:
You enjoy working remotely and you have a high attention to detail. You’re a “smart operator”, take initiative, and you enjoy supporting the sales process.  

You are a “master of follow up", making sure no emails, or contacts in general are lost or balls are dropped.

You also need:
– Experience working in the Philippines (or with similar business and cultural environments)
– Excellent communication skills
– A willingness to learn

Bonus:
– A college degree
– Experience in working with companies that build products in China
– Experience and/or understanding of Amazon sellers, and other ecommerce companies
