We are currently looking for someone who can take inbound calls for Auto part inquiries as well as follow up the quotes submitted to our current customers. Full training system and support is provided.
Experience and knowledge required
1. Knowledgeable in automotive and parts. Experience learned from working in automotive industry is a plus
2. Sales experience which may include- up selling, negotiation skills, chasing quotes/estimates
2. Fast internet connection and should pass our line test (minimum of 5 Mbps due to programs and applications being used)
3. Excellent English communication skills in oral and written
4. Familiar with Australian accent and can communicate clearly with Australian customers over the phone
5.. Background in doing outbound calls – sales calls, courtesy calls and customer service calls
6. A quiet or noise free work area.

We Offer a high rate of Pay, offer 30 days leave per year ( Australian Public Holidays plus 4 weeks leave ) after trial period but expect Good quality candidates that can achieve results.
