Working with ITS is like working with close friends and family. Currently, we are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant who:
– Can personify our core values to be a creator, do the right thing, have an open mind, and focus on exceptional service;
– Can assist our Sales Team in creating quotes, updating documentation of processes, updating prices in Quotewerks, and creating Audit4IT reports which our team will present to the clients in person (note: experience not required but should be willing to learn these);
– Has the ability to assist the Account Managers in managing their day to day activities (calendar reminders and emails)
– Demonstrates excellent written and oral English skills;
– Is able to work 40 hours weekly, 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday Pacific Standard Time
– is based in the Philippines
