Set Phone Appointments – Upwork

Hello There.

Looking for a dedicated virtual assistant in the Philippines  to set phone appointment for our prospects. Are you someone who's positive, is driven by results, and coachable? If the answer is YES, come and check this job post and join our team.

Project Duration: More than 3 month
$Entry level – seeking freelancers with the lowest rates

Part-time job & who can start right away
Phone Calls for nearly the whole shift, using our dialer system (Mojo)
Typical Shift Starts at 4pm-8pm CST, Mon-Fri. And then Saturday 11am-3pm ET
20-25 hours/week, Monday-Saturday
Hourly pay, rate Increase will depend on your performance & productivity within 2 months, or bonus for appointments set and deals done.

MUST HAVE:
A workplace free of noise
A decent computer headset with mic
Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
Minimum 1 yr experience on outbound phone sales and/or customer service.
A clear – easy to understand – English speaking voice
Previous real estate experience cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a HUGE PLUS.

NOTE:
Typing skills at least 30 wpm as you type notes while with the prospect is on the line.
I am looking for candidates who can start immediately with near-native spoken English.
Reliable who can show up to work consistently everyday.
Positive Attitude who is willing to be coached and open to constructive criticism to be better as quickly as possible.

What a normal shift will look like:
Use our power dialer phone system to call lists of leads which we provide, pre-screen them, and set an appointment with them. This is in the real estate industry.

You'll login to our dialer system each day and call down the provided prospect list, use the script we provide to have a conversation with any homeowners who answer the phone. If the homeowner is found to be a good prospect, set an appointment for one of our team to either call them back or meet with them in person. If they are not a good prospect, remove them from the list at the click of a button.  If they don't answer, click a button for our dialer system to leave them a pre-recorded voicemail.

Pretty simple.
