Hello! We’re looking for additional members for our Customer Experience Team. We are PetCanva.com, a growing eCommerce brand that started in 2017. If you love dogs and understand the emotional connection humans have with them, this job is for you!
**This job hiring is for a 6-month contract, but could be extended based on performance and headcount need of the company.
Ideal Candidate:
We would like to have team members who are animal lovers – if you have a pet or two (or five!), we’d love to have you with us! We want people who are passionate about pets 🙂
Aside from being passionate about pets, we want to see passion about customer service. We aim to provide a positive customer experience everytime!
Requirements:
Experience with Shopify: you’ll be using Shopify A LOT, so it’s a must that you know how to navigate Shopify!
Fast Learner: you should be able to learn things quickly and should not be afraid to get your hands dirty 🙂
Excellent command of the English language: We want reps in the Philippines that have exceptional English writing and understanding
Customer Service experience: must have at least 6 months of experience working in the industry
Online and connected all the time: must have internet speed of at least 5mbps (will be tested)
Fastest fingers: must have an average typing speed of about 40wpm with 98% accuracy (will be tested)
Available Monday to Sunday: the work is scattered throughout the week so it’s expected for team members to work up to 40 (or beyond when needed) hours per week from Monday to Sunday
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with Help Scout
Experience with Facebook Messenger customer support
Previous homebased work in Customer Service
