We're a university admissions agency. We require a customer service specialist to coordinate and process the cross-media responses to our upcoming Philippines marketing campaign. This will involve engaging with customers via Email, Whatsapp & Facebook, explaining the application process and processing documents. Training will be given to ensure you understand the process and requirements. From the beginning of the campaign to the final application deadline will be around two weeks, with work duties consisting of less than 1 hour per day.
