Interactive clickable map for Shopify store. – Upwork

I'm looking for an interactive clickable world map, that displays the continents, and then once a continent is clicked, for example 'ASIA' to links to a map of Asia and all the countries in Asia, are then clickable.

When a country is clicked, for example 'Philippines' this will link to a page on my store.
