The Host Acquisition team is looking for a data-driven manager who thrives in driving strategic sales initiatives and has the ability to execute new processes and implementation.
Responsibilities
Lead Sourcing, Lead Scoring, and Enriching Data
Managing outsourced Lead Gen team (team of 2 in philippines)
Salesforce Management
Own and analyze the sales funnel through dashboards, making actionable recommendations to drive sales, business strategy, and growth.
Partner with team leads on operational efficiencies.
Develop and lead the onboarding process for high-value strategic accounts.
Partner with product and design teams to implement product updates related to strategic accounts and vendor partners on the platform.
Experience & Skills
4+ years of relevant work experience within sales strategy, operations, consulting, or equivalent roles
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
The ability to derive insights from data, proficiency in SQL required
Experience developing and tracking outbound and inbound sales strategies
Proven track record of developing and iterating operational processes
Ability to articulate complex problems, processes, or data to peers as well as senior management
Passionate about engaging and growing partnerships
Ability to multi-task and switch into different modes during the workday/week
Experience working in or with product teams
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Periscope, and Zendesk preferred
