We are a bookkeeping company that offers remote bookkeeping services to companies (clients) throughout the USA. We are rapidly growing and expanding our team!
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT individual who wants a long-term career, either FULL TIME with guaranteed 40 hours/wk pay and benefits or PART TIME …. someone who has lots of knowledge and interest IT yet excited to grow their knowledge to the next level…. someone who is very competent in using all aspects of their computer and software and enjoys solving both technical and analytical problems.
This is not a general PC support position, we have that in place. We are looking for more “behind the scenes” software support with creativity.
Ability to visualize complex problems and propose and implement creative solutions … such as create a new Gmail account, filter the messages to Trello, and have IFTTT push notifications to Slack.
Other examples of work to be done:
-Setup Gmail Filters
-Setup user Trello accounts to accept inbound emails
-Integrate Slack, Gmail, Trello, etc with IFTTT
-Setup add-ins to Slack for individual users, or globally for all employees
-Create How-To documents explaining step by step setup processes.
Looking for a smart, creative, technical person… someone that can do a bit of everything without hand holding. Someone that we can give some instruction as to what we want and you can figure it out, even if you don’t know right now. Someone willing to tinker with possible solutions until you make it happen. We are looking for candidates that think outside the box. This is a FUN position where you make decisions based upon a thought process towards an end result.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working on varying projects, small and large. We also want to work with you if you are enthusiastic and like communicating with other people in our group (all employees that you will be working with are located in the Philippines).
This is a fun job because you will be developing relationships, helping others, communicating regularly with your colleagues, learning new processes, and researching and implementing solutions.
WHAT YOU NEED:
-Very strong IT background with in-depth use of multiple pieces of software (Either personal or professional use of the software)
-Excellent English speaking and written skills
-Ability to work Part time or Full time (guaranteed 40 hour/wk pay plus benefits), you choose
-Willingness to work some US business hours (let’s discuss it)… available and online 8am M-F US Mountain time
-A fast and reliable Windows 10 computer & super fast internet
-Programming experience is a plus, but not required
HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH SOFTWARE LIKE THE FOLLOWING

-Gsuite (Google Drive, Gmail, Gdocs, Gsheets, etc)
-Trello
-Slack
-1Password
-IFTTT
-Tsheets (time tracking software)
-Cloud Storage solutions (like Dropbox)
-Wordpress
-Docusign
-ZoHo CRM
-Google Forms – Client satisfaction survey
-YAMM (GDrive mailmerge)
