I am looking for a reliable freelancer with a passion for Onpage SEO and an understanding of optimising a site within the Australian market for both maps and organic rankings. You should be able to provide evidence of your experience/past projects and results.
This is a long term position starting initially at 4-6 hours per week ongoing. Preferably, as I take on more clients you will have the capacity to extend this quota to help with these too.
Essential Skills Required:
Collaborate & Consult on SEO Roadmap/Strategy Planning & Implementation
Implement onpage SEO techniques: revise & edit urls, title tags, descriptions, H tags & images.
Understand & implement 301 redirects where necessary (preferably via htaccess)
Able to reword existing content/copy to optimise for SEO
Manage/Monitor appropriate keyword density using associated tools (being able to determine first what benchmark to apply)
Optimise a site's structure & internal links including anchor text
Craft enticing Meta Descriptions, optimsied Title Tags and H tags.
know the difference between black, white & grey hat techniques & prefer to always wear your white hat yet with an open mind
Exercise the proper use of grammar
Document the work completed
Create/Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
Willing to learn & use my preferred project management system: Plutio
Work remotely with myself & my freelance team (2 VA's & a Developper all in the Philippines)

Optimising location Pages for a local business – including adding Driving Directions maps, geo articles, geo tagged articles

A little about me. I have been doing SEO myself now for four years, mostly on my own sites or for small (local) businesses. I have much knowledge & training which I am happy to share. I am posting this job because I came to the realisation that I can't do it all and in order to grow my client base I need to free up my time.
I am very passionate about SEO and getting great results for my clients. I create bespoke solutions according to the individual client's needs. I am an advocate of thinking outside the square – and for setting up for the long term.
I'm in the early stages of setting up systems & procedures (SOP documentation) & you would be instrumental in helping me with that. I would love to hire someone who is looking to grow with me in the business. Having worked at length with white label agencies previously I've made a conscious decision to build a team of "specialists", of individuals who have passion for what they do and can share my determination to get great results for our clients, offering standout customer service.
