I'm looking for a skilled DIGITAL ARTIST  & retoucher specialized in Creative Retouching & Photomanipulation. I'm looking for a very skilled freelancer that is able to perform complex tasks ( in photoshop) usually related to composite & photomanipulation & retouching.  So please make sure you meet those requirements to apply to this job.
