Virtual Assistant Executive to CEO – Upwork

I need an assistant to make life easier in the daily/weekly/monthly tasks and operations.

We create and manage online digital product and software businesses in a startup remote environment.

The role is a combination of reporting, admin and team support, data entry, web research, content and email writing, customer service, product descriptions, documentation, image designs, video creating and editing, transcribing and project management.

You need a “I’ll do WHATEVER IT TAKES” attitude at all times to get things done quickly and effectively. You need to embrace tasks with a sense of enthusiasm, excitement and ready for any challenge.

You must be detail-oriented, resourceful, a self-starter, fast-learner and trustworthy.

You must be hard working, ambitious, dependable, determined, driven, responsible, accountable and tech savvy.

You will work with minimal supervision, manage your own time effectively, and maintain control over all current projects and responsibilities. You will treat every project with utmost confidentiality and have great attitude and pleasing personality. .

What You Will Be Doing

Email campaign reporting, open-rate, click-through, clicks, visitors and sales.
Project management via app, ensure all tasks are completed and to spec.
Documentation, procedural tasks and processes fully documented and maintained.
Create systems and procedures to optimise current operations.
Downloading and uploading videos.
Remote staff management, organizing and running daily, weekly and monthly meetings, liaising between staff and ensuring their targets/tasks are met.
Manage customer service functions, refunds, problems, and ensure customers to the highest level.

Required Skills

You'll need to be able to use various software applications. They will range and you don’t need to know how to do all of these just yet, but must be willing to learn.

We use and not limited to:

Web pages: HTML website creators and builders, Optimizepress, Clickfunnels etc.
Website Hosting Servers: Namecheap, GoDaddy, Liquid Web etc
Domain Providers: Namecheap, GoDaddy
Email autoresponders: Sendlane, Getresponse, Aweber etc.
Project management: Clickup.
Video: Screenflow / Jing / Camtasia
Basic video editing
Communication: Slack & Skype
Google Docs for information sharing, creating documents, slides and spreadsheets.
Must be able to manipulate with formulas to aggregate, reconcile and report data.
Intermediate/Advance knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft excel, Word and Powerpoint.

So, you need to have some technical skills and know your way around a computer and a software interface.

And finally, you need to know what Internet Marketing is.

You need to know about conversions, opt-ins, webinars, sales copy, upsells, social media, blogging, and all the other components especially research. You don't need to be a technical expert, but I need someone who knows what an online business is and how it functions.
