VA Customer Service Manager – MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE – Upwork

VA needed for 40-50 hours per work to manage current customer service team

Daily Tasks –
– Managing 4 customer service representatives in the Philippines
– Making sure all 4 customer service reps are working
– Managing and optimizing our customer support software (Reamaze – It is like ZenDesk)
– Setting up training materials that can be used to teach employees how to handle all issues
– Setting up workflows, reply templates, and automated replies
– Handling upper-level issues
– Keeping customers happy
– Finding areas to improve
– Other Tasks I assign you
