Student Leasing Services (SLS) provides housing for university students in the United States of America. The organisation is currently going through a transition which will see us not only provide housing services for our guests and landlords but also outsource our services to support other businesses.
Additionally, the company will be moving into the social enterprise space with our talent division working to find remote work for victims of human trafficking and ideological extremism. This is a cause that leaders of the organisation feel passionate about and hope that SLS will be able to leave a positive impact in the world.
Student Leasing Services (SLS) provides housing for university students in the United States of America. As a Concierge, here are the following key points for this role:
A) Create personalized, custom solutions to each Guest’s question or problem they contact you about.
B) You want to “wow” them in some way (e.g., it’s speed, simplicity, or how much they love it). Much of the time the information you need to create your personalized solution comes from from our internal knowledge base (KB). You need to create at least 1 new article per week in the KB.
C) Send vendors out to maintenance using our dispatching tool.
Remain reachable and responsive to for a 12 hour block of time each work day (Monday through Friday). That doesn’t mean you have to be working this whole time, just able to answer the phone or reply to texts. You can choose what that 12 hour block of time is as long as it’s between 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time (e.g., 2am to 2pm., 3 to 3, or 4 to 4.)
