Real Estate Investment Company looking for full time Real Estate Assistant – Upwork

Looking for a dedicated Real Estate Assistant that is proficient and capable of handling various tasks given to them. This is full time position requiring 30-40 hours each week and availability during the company's local business hours which is 9-5 Pacific Standard Time. This person must have INCREDIBLE INITIATIVE and be able to know what is needed to be done without always needing to be told throughout the whole day. If we need to spend time to constantly train and find work to keep busy, then it will not work. Someone with experience in working with a Real Estate Investment or Wholesaling company is a MAJOR PLUS and pretty much a requirement.  
The following are tasks the Assistant will be responsible for and must be proficient in:

– Real Estate Transaction Coordination
– Ability to create visually appealing spreadsheets on a regular basis to convey data and KPI's
– Oversight of our Philippines based outbound calling center and maintaining communication with those managers.
– Be knowledgable and manage the administrative tasks for various system we use (programs we use are below)
– Maintain regular and prompt communication with our sales team during the transaction process through our internal Slack system.
– Ability and tools to skip trace
– Data Mining
– Ability to create drip campaigns within our Podio CRM system.
– Property Tax lien searching
– Expert fluency in English.

Systems we use on a regular basis and will require proficiency in:
– Podio
– Slack
– Mojo Dialer
– MS Word and Excel
– Google G Suite
– Dialpad (or any phone system which can have a California local phone number assigned)
– Call Rail
– Mail Chimp
– CRMLS and Zip Forms
– Been Verified
– Property Radar
– Craigslist
– Rentometer
– TLO access a MAJOR plus
