We're QualityGuestPosts (https://www.qualityguestposts.com/about-us) and we're looking for a capable and responsible person to join our growing team for a long-term assignment.
The job includes the following responsibilities:
* Client support (email & live chat)
* Validating articles (based on a set of rules)
* Articles proofreading (both grammar and context)
* Searching & choosing appropriate sites to post to (from a database of sites)
* Communicating & liaising with bloggers the publishing of the articles
* Working with Google sheets to populate & filter data
* Performing regular Skype calls for status reports & discussions
* Good time management skills + ability to work on your own when necessary
All communication with clients/bloggers is done via email.
The perfect candidate:
* Has experience in customer support (email & live chat)
* Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Is hard working & responsible
* Is conscientious & understands that if he doesn't perform, the team suffers
* Has a fast laptop (we work with a lot of browser tabs opened at the same time)
* Is looking for a company to grow with
* Is located in the Philipines
* 9AM-5PM Eastern time (USA)
* 9PM-5AM Philippine Standard Time
The rate for the job is $5 per hour.
You'll be reporting directly to our project manager.
