General Description of Duties:
This position assists with various clerical, administrative and customer service tasks, in addition to other duties, in the fast paced, daily operation of a service center.
Must be multi-tasked orientated will support office staff with clerical duties that include but not limited to typing, customer service, taking complete and accurate messages, converting documents to pdf and vice versa, filing, faxing and data entry. excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and research via internet. Must be dependable, follow details accurately, excellent communication skills and use confidentiality with office matters.

Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
Good typing/data entry and clerical skills are required.
Must be able to follow instructions and procedures.
Must be organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Must manage time efficiently and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Must be willing to work additional hours and on an as-needed basis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) is preferred.
Work Hours:
Full Time Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM EST
