We are looking for technical support representatives to work part-time (24 to 28 hours per week)as a part of our Technical Support team with the intentions of being hired full time.
You will be working with our support to support end user's with desktop, printing, email, wireless and application issues.
You must have a solid knowledge of Microsoft networking and Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows and Mac operating systems.
Must have strong knowledge of Network connectivity, printing, DHCP, DNS, and Remote Desktop Protocol.
This position will require phone interaction with clients after training, as well as Skype, Spark and email to interact with the ITS office, so strong English skills are critical
Should be able to work between 9 to 5 US Pacific time
Must have 5-7 years of experience in similar field
Must have outstanding customer service skills.
Training on our applications will be provided but experience in technical support is a must. A High-speed Internet connection which can support VOIP is a must.
