We are seeking a full-time Paid Media Strategist to grow and optimize digital media channels across our portfolio of e-commerce focused direct-to-consumer brands. Paid channels include, but are not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success scaling traffic and revenue profitability across a variety of paid media channels.
• Complete P&L ownership of all paid social media and advertising channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, YouTube, and Pinterest across our entire portfolio of companies, ensure accounts are hitting growth and CPA targets.
• Work closely with management at each portfolio company to identify/manage KPIs.
•Hire, manage, and scale key relationships with current channel managers.
• Work with our investment team to assess potential investments, identify risk factors, and build-out strategic roadmaps pre-investment.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully scale and manage spend while hitting CPA and ROAS targets.
• Previous experience in e-commerce and/or digitally driven direct-to-consumer brands.
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing teams.
• Digital marketing experience outside of paid channels is an asset.
