Ecommerce Company Needs a Customer Service Rockstar! – Upwork

If you've answered "yes" to all of the above, we’re looking for you! We are an ecommerce company specializing in eyewear. We're rapidly growing (400% year on year) and are looking for someone to keep our customers happy!

We are looking only for serious, long-term team members who are interested in growing with our company!

This is a highly flexible, part-time job. Expected contribution is 6-8 hours a day. You can work from anywhere as long as you have stable wifi.

We’ve been successfully working as remote team for a decade. Our team members are from Hong Kong, China, Canada and the Philippines. We pay monthly and consistently on time.

Responsibilities
– Liaise with clients, brand partners/influencers (KOLs) and our logistics team
– Handle customer support via email/live chat and social media accounts (phone calls NOT needed)
– Organize product and client data for SEO and CRO purposes
– Product research
– Manage other VA’s (virtual assistants) in the future

You will be fully trained and mentored by the founder on a continual basis. Previous experience in social media management is not required, but a big plus.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer support (email, chat or voice) is a MUST.
– Knowledge of customer support terminology (tickets, response time, etc.)
– Strong analytical and communication skills.
– Highly organized and strong attention to detail (yes, you should be anal).
– Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets/Excel
– Excellent writing and perfect grammar – since we don’t see our customers face to face we should communicate with them in the clearest, friendliest way possible.
– A good dose of ambition and positivity!
