We need a part time, at home bookkeeper, admin support for a United States based company.
We would interview in person in Ortigas on Dec 15th. Our owner is Filipino and comes to Makati to visit our satellite office 2-3 times per year and would want to meet the bookkeeper in person, so must be available to meet in person as needed 2-3 times per year. Otherwise, the job is from home 20-30 hours per week as bookkeeper/admin support.
Must have quickbooks experience. Create invoices, manage basic bookkeeping and help with administration documentation (update staff records and contracts in system…).
