Looking for a part-time personal assistant to help me as I setup a new company – Upwork

I'm looking for someone who has a positive mindset, who has experience working virtually and can work smart and efficiently. I am looking to hire someone full time eventually. Our business is growing exponentially and there are just some things that I need help with, like the tasks below:

Help with my travel arrangements – looking for the best deals, giving me options to choose from
Data entry into things like our expense management system, writing up minutes of meetings, etc
Create and manage my calendar and itinerary – this person will have to liaise with people who I plan to meet to find the best time and place to meet
Help my team source for event locations (for meetings, etc), finding the best deals and giving us options
Screening calls and emails
Other day to day management support as required (ex. Asking for quotes for supplies,
