Issue with WHM, cPanel, Webmail and E-Mail Forwarder – Upwork

we installed WHM and cPanel on our new Google Cloud Plattform and having issues with Webmail and E-Mail Forwarders.

1: When i use Gmail to send and receive mails via POP3 and SMTP all is working good.
2: When i try to send a mail through webmail the mail is shown as sent but never reach the receivers mailbox
3: When i add a Forwarder to an address the Mail does not get forwarded, even trace shown as forwarded.

So it looks like there are some missing settings.
Box Trapper is deactivated
