An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful and fast expanding e-commerce sports brand (primarily clothing). We retail our products solely online, primarily in the UK and USA, but also within other European countries. Our main sales channel is Amazon but we also sell items on our own website.
We are looking for a talented individual (from the Philippines) to join our small and growing team. We are looking for someone who gains great satisfaction from providing exceptional customer service to help aid customers with their enquiries. We want someone who is tolerant, empathetic, a good communicator and problem solver.
Responsibilities:
• Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction.
• Communicating with customers via Amazon, email, social media and messenger chat
• Advising and supporting customers through excellent product knowledge
• Arranging replacements and refunds to customers via Amazon and our online system
• Contacting customers that have had a negative experience in an effort resolve this
• Keep track of all customer interactions in a spreadsheet
• All other reasonable tasks, including but not limited to: personal assistant related tasks, admin work, aiding with social media, etc
Requirements:
• Friendly and professional email manner
• Experience providing customer service
• Ability to follow procedures, guidelies and policies
• Great level of written English (accurate grammar and spelling)
• Great keyboard skills
• Great customer service skills
• Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Good Google Docs and Google Sheets skills
• Confident using online software
• Knowledge of Amazon (including Amazon FBA)
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• The ability and drive to learn new skills when required
• Eye for detail
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and control time effectively
• Stable and reliable internet connection
• Stable and reliable power connection
• Quiet working space
Working Hours
• Full time position (35-42 hours per week – negotiable)
• Paid holidays will be provided
