We are ideally looking for a technical VA from the Philippines.
You cannot be working on other projects you must be dedicated to us.
Your spoken English must be excellent, you will have to communicate with customers.
You must have decent broadband speeds, at least 20 megabytes download.
You will need to work in New Zealand time zone and you will need to be available Monday to Friday and a few hours on a Saturday, so around 40 hours per week
We are offering a fixed $150.00 USD per week.
Job start date is immediate.
We are a Tech Support Company and we sell Consumer IT products like laptops tablets etc online in New Zealand.
We need someone that can do a wide range of VA type technical tasks, you must have a project based mindset not a task based one and you must be able to drive projects forward on your own. You need to be solution focused i.e able to seek the solution out yourself not be looking for us to find the solutions.
Types of jobs you will be involved in…
Sorting out and fixing customers technical issues on Windows, Apple, Android and iPhone Operating Systems and applications, including printer and email issues.

Setting up modules inside Zoho applications.
Selling Antivirus and customer Tech Support renewal plans
Data extraction and back ups.
Google Drive.
Making sure all our customer call data is imported and managed correctly in our CRM's.
Following up and updating our Antivirus customer base.
Making sure our data on our websites is updated regularly and is correct.
Sourcing off shore hardware suppliers.
Twilio experience would be useful our CRM interfaces with it and we are wanting to sort out a broadcast voice messaging service.
You do not have to be a specialist in these areas but you must be technical minded and have the ability to communicate effectively with our customers and fix their computers. When we don't have customer jobs on you will be working on our internal projects.
