Estimating……………………………. send us any set of plans with a list of what you'd like taken off, and we'll provide you an estimate as well as finish the first 10 hours work for your review (complimentary).  Our estimators work directly with you, and format everything with summaries and clear organization so you can read everything very clearly.  They work fast, hard, and efficiently.  Most are from India, the Philippines, and the US and have all been vetted for estimating competence and English speaking.

RFI & Submittal Reviews………………………..send us any RFI, Shop Drawing, or Submittal, and we'll review it and send back to you (complimentary) with clear notes, recommendations, and clouded items including a cover page, bringing all important items to your attention.  If it's a structural steel shop drawing, we'll have a licensed structural engineer review it, mechanical RFI = mechanical engineer, electrical submittal = electrical engineer, ect.  *India, US, Philippines, and China

Scheduling………………………..you receive access to a skilled scheduler to understand the contract, the scopes of work, material delivery schedules, creating time tables, and managing all updates to the schedule.  First 10 hours complementary. *India, China, US

3D Modelling……………………..a skilled 3D modeller. Just send us the tender or contract drawings, and we'll complete the first 10 hours for your review, and have you an estimate on how many hours it will take. Most are from China.  They have all been vetted for REVIT/3D modelling competence and English speaking.

Project Document Controls…………………….You’re provided an experienced document controller (average 5 years) responsible for the management, electronic filing, and distribution of all up to date documents to all concerned project personnel.   *Philippines and US

Construction Administration………..Experienced Construction Project Administrators TODAY (average of 10 years experience) organize project documents,follow up with consultants and subcontractors for important documents, initiating payment distribution, correspondence, drawings log, change orders log, meeting minutes and more.
