I need someone who can customize the cart page of my store.

Problem 1:
My Cart page doesn't have the plus-minus button (+,-) that automatically updates the subtotal whenever I change the quantity. Whenever you change the quantity in the cart page, you still have to click the "Update Cart" button. Also, the positioning of the "remove" button and quantity looks off, especially on Mobile.

Problem 2:
In the Product Page, whenever  I click/tap(mobile) on the "Add to Cart" button. the page goes directly to the product page. What I want is it will show a popout showing the summary of the cart then have an option to continue shopping or checkout. But if there is no action from the user for like 1 or 2 seconds, the popout should automatically disappear.

I like the "Add to Cart" function of this store in both mobile and desktop. I also like the layout of the cart with the plus-minus (+,-) button that automatically updates the price.

So basically. I want the "Add to Cart" function to let me continue shop but have a popout that lets me continue to shop or go to cart (similar to the example Shopify store). This should also work on "Quick View" not just product Page.

Then on the "Cart Page". I just want to have the plus-minus button that automatically updates the price. This means that the "Update Cart" button will be removed. Then the layout should be the same as the one in the example store. The "Cart Notes" will be at the left side of the screen in desktop view. Basically the same layout.
