• Minimum 65 wpm, accuracy a must
• Exceptional English grammar and punctuation
• Significant prior experience transcribing medical/scientific content
• Willing to learn, lookup, and research unknown terminology and other information
• Able to understand diverse accents and dialects
• Must be flexible as many projects will require weekday, evening and weekend work
• Willing and able to transcribe into a custom template in Excel, with content sorted by interview question/topic
• Able to handle an average of 25-30 audio hours per month, and up to 60 audio hours per month when needed
• Able to turn around 5-6 audio hours of transcription daily during the course of a project
