Our existing telephone support needs are growing, so we are building up our team of customer support representatives in the Philippines. So, you get to work from home!
Candidates should:
(1) speak fluent English
(2) have prior work experience with telephone customer support
(3) have a positive, helpful attitude
(4) have a headset and quiet working environment
(5) have stable internet connection
(6) have supervisory/escalation experience
Customer service reps:
(1) will answer incoming calls via Skype
(2) work 40 hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST
(3) be loyal and honest
(4) be reliable and punctual
(5) be responsible, hard working, and love to learn
