We buy and sell real estate property throughout the United States. We are looking for a customer service agent.
The right candidate will perform a mix of virtual assistant and customer service duties. They will make phone calls to customers (no cold calls, all of our calls are made to people who have already requested our services), run through a script, and record responses.
Other responsibilities will become available as the candidate performs well.
I am open to two arrangements:
1) "On call", you are able to answer calls as they come in, but can work other Upwork jobs simultaneously. We would only be charged for time worked.
2) Hourly, where you commit a block of time exclusively for us and call back customers in our queue.
Hourly rate will be between $5 and $6 per hour for option 2.

– your rating is 96% or above
– you have more than 10 past jobs, and a minimum of 1,000 hours on Upwork
– your English is fluent and your grammar and writing is strong
– you have must mixed CSR and VA experience
– you are an independent freelancer IN THE PHILIPPINES
