Web Application Development: Need developer experienced in delivering concepts to completion. The startup is media based on a focus social network or community/friends feature and video content. The project will require development with the following features: social network/community (friends) feature, video players, membership subscriptions, rating and ranking features, API integration, and strong database development and organization.
Your first mission, should you accept it, will be to build a web app that ingests data, does some nifty correlative data processing, and makes a bunch of API calls that make use of that processed data. This will establish your force-field, under which other bug-fighting ventures await!
We've got specific milestones defined and documented, and a bunch of the prototype work done. Now, we just need your superhero skills to swoop in and save the day!
1. Provide a link to your website and portfolio.
2. Please provide 3 examples of your best web applications. References for site owners will be requested and contacted if you are selected for the interview
3. Describe experiences with (1) building a complex database, (2) API integration. Provide links to sites with (A) complex database and (B) sites demonstrating API integration experience
4. Describe experience with community integration (user profile and community/friends integration). Provide links to sites with these social network features
