I am assembling a team of developers to build my company's first mobile app. I am envisioning a team of two to three developers working 100% off site as satellite contractors and/or possible employees. I will need to know what wages you would expect as well as the type of team workflow you would expect. I am willing to pay by the week and not based on hours. I can not pay what your worth at start, but I believe we can come to an agreement for steady money that may be acceptable and worth your time for a possibility of steady income. Our team goal for starters would be 1) break app into components, 2) Build static version of the app in Expo, FormX, needed API's, etc.. 3) Determine what should be stateful. 4) Determine where each state should live–with Immer?. 5) Hard code state. 6) Add inverse data flow. 7) Add server communication.
