Looking For An Experienced Human Resource Executive To Help Upscale A Growing Company – Upwork

We are looking to hire a human resource executive who has extensive experience in growing or up scaling a company. Someone who will manage and direct all human resource task for the company. We are looking for someone who will take the lead in all human resource matters and functions. The HR Executive must train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure HR policy is followed amongst all employees, managers, and executives.

HR Executive will direct and oversee the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administer and monitor the benefit program.

Human Resources Executive Responsibilities:
*Will be primarily responsible in the execution of upscaling a company

1. Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
2. Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures.
3. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
4. Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current
5. Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
6. Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it remains positive and productive
7. Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
8. Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are adequately connected
9. Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments discussing any problems or grievances they may have
10. Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts
11. Initiate and implement any necessary changes to help boost worker productivity (better assessment processes, incentive programs, etc.)
12. Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
13. Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
14. Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws

19. Skilled as an administrator and coordinator

21. Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance or related field
22. 5+ years management experience in HR
23. Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
24. A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
