Ecommerce Social Media Community Specialist / Manager – Do you love interacting and building relationships with customers?
We are on the lookout for a Community Specialist / Manager with proven community management experience.
Your role will require you to monitor and manage customer interaction with the following platforms:
1. Facebook
2. FB Messenger
3. Instagram
Responsibilities:
– Update and monitor Facebook groups on a daily basis.
– Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
– Build relationships with customer and potential customers
– Coordinate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency
– Monitor and report on feedback, online reviews and interesting online trends related to the company’s brand.
– Coordinate with support teams to drive issue resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
This is a stable, long term position.

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a community manager. Link references (if any).
– Excellent Customer Service
– Excellent English verbal communication skills.
– Excellent English writing skills.
– Experience launching community initiatives. (advantage)
– Experience with social media applications (facebook, messenger, instagram).
– Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels (advantage)
– Google docs / sheets
– Knowledge of eClincher (advantage)
