I work with the job site Indeed.com, and we are creating a series of tests that employers can use to screen candidates when they apply to jobs. We are seeking experts from the Philippines with expertise in Verbal Communication Skills work-based roles to review a test we have created.

We define Verbal Skills in the Workplace as the ability to speak succinctly and ensure that information is conveyed correctly.

Relevant job titles include:
– Administrative Assistant
– Secretary
– Graphic Designer
– Project Manager
– Retail Sales Associate
– Sales Representative
– Teacher

For the purposes of this study, we define a Verbal Communication Experts as someone who has at least 3 years of experience using Verbal Communication Skills in the Workplace (i.e., SMEs who held the Sample Job Title for more than 3 years and/or has managerial experience across a variety of industries: Administrative & Customer Support, Education & Instruction, Finance & Accounting, Military & Intelligence, Business Operations & Management, Technology, Transporation, Sales & Retail, Manufacturing & Utilities).

You will be asked to participate in one survey, which is estimated to range from 25 to 30 minutes to complete. If selected for the job, you will be asked to complete the survey within 48 hours of receiving the job offer.
