We need a business website built for a Client in either WordPress or Joomla (our decision).
(We will make this final platform decision based on the Contractor's experience, recommendation, and Portfolio).
This is the first of three websites being built for the same Client.
You will be hired for only this first Website.
Based on your speed, accuracy, and completed Website, you will be considered for the 2 remaining Websites.
Due to limited operating budget, hourly pay must be $4.75 or less. Preferred consideration for those Bids below that amount. The lower your Bid is, the more potential you will have to be awarded this Job. Do wonderful work and I will leave a wonderful Review as well.
The initial Website will have the look and feel like this website:

Actually quite simplistic, but very functional based on their desire and needs.
Where the center single picture is located, it must be replaced with a slider where 3 to 5 images will be used.
There will be additional graphic design work needed on the website as well.
You will build the website on a temporary domain that we will provide on our hosting account (we will give you c-panel access).
You will then need to zip up the website and transfer it to the actual location once you have built out the finished website product.
When you respond, please include Portfolio items that you have completed that displays your abilities. Include the words "Focused Contractor doing Quality Work" in your response. This way I know you actually read this Listing rather than an automated response. If that phrase is not included, you will not be considered for this position.
List in your response what your needed Hourly Pay needs to be in order to accept this Project. You will need to work efficiently and in a timely manner. If you do not do so, we will discontinue using your services and go with someone else.
Independent contractors are preferred over Agencies.
Preference consideration for Contractors from the Philippines.
