The position is for a Team Leader reporting to the CEO. He or she will take care of the day to day tasks which include, but are not limited to, energizing and motivating a team of up to 10 persons, delegating assignments, daily reporting, creating and outsourcing structures and ensuring the accuracy of your teams assignments.
•Efficiency with all office programs: Powerpoint, Word and Excel
•Fantastic communication skills
•Understanding of basic HTML & WordPress (preferred)
•Proper phone etiquette
•Ability to communicate and liaise with suppliers, customers and staff members both in spoken and written English
•Ability to transcribe video & audio files
•Creating articulate letters and documents.
•Filtering through tasks and delegating to team members.
•Ability to use Skype with Pamela business add-on
•Ability to write descriptive and objective performance reviews and job descriptions.
