JOB DESCRIPTION
I am looking for a PA/virtual assistant for a permanent position with our firm, applicant must have a positive attitude and impeccable English.
Please only apply if you are interested in a along term relationship.
Please read all the requirements and answer the questions below.
Ideally we are looking for someone from the Philippines area or somewhere that is within a four hour time difference of Sydney Australia.
REQUIREMENTS
1.That you have your own computer and internet connection and Skype.
2.Someone who is reliable and wants the work with a small but highly motivated team.
3.Have Excellent knowledge of English – be able to search a given topic on the internet and write a 500 word article on the same topic. Also be able to take a given article and rewrite it so it is not plagiaried.
4.The ability to write on blogs and twitter and keep facebook updated.General knowledge of social media.
Transcribing audios.
5.To be able to take basic information and put it in an excel sheet.
6.To be able to keep basic accounts on an excel sheet.
7.It is important that you are friendly – with a sense of fun – happy disposition and are able to follow orders comfortably.
8.At times you will need to research how to do a task – and then carefully record exactly what you do – this will then be used in a manual. At other times you will be given a video of How to and you will need to describe in detail what to do.
9.Be flexible and able to handle a multitude of different tasks, someone who wants to learn that takes responsibility for there work and is not afraid to ask if in difficulty.
10.Please include the words “I am inspired” in the top line of you application.
It is an Advantage, but not imperative if you are also able to:-
1.Have SEO knowledge, are at ease working with 2.WordPress, HTML and CSS
3.Know how to create back links
4.High light and use keywords within the articles
5.Some experience with Market Sumari

You will be expected to work the first 2 months on probation with a review quarterly. Payments will be made fortnightly in arrears whilst on probation. After this period you will be paid monthly mid month, so two weeks in arrears and two weeks in advance.
Wage $2 – $4per hour
