I need a quality analyst that will review calls
for about 2-4 hours a day for various campaigns
and be able to submit a call evaluation or a combined evaluation of an agent
and be able to suggest areas for improvement based on campaign objectives and\or Job descriptions….
Previous QA experience is a must
