Carthage Holdings: LogiFreight is a start-up company and is need of a Sales Trainer and Quality Assurance Officer to train, monitor and evaluate our incoming Account Managers.
Modules and proper training will be received once hired.
This is not a project, it's a long-term contract with the best candidate. The preferred contractor must be one who is looking for a career more than someone who's looking for a short-term project. The work will start part-time for now, but will eventually proceed to full-time.
Requirements:
* Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in College.
* Must have good communication skills.
* Should posses good command of the English language with neutral to American accent and diction.
* More importantly: must have a great and positive attitude, being able and willing to learn new skills.
* Call Center experience (inbound or outbound sales) is a plus, but not a requirement.
