We are start-up company and we are looking for someone who can create a 2-6 pages project plan for our website. A Technical writer who is very good on research or someone who has strong background as PM and speak very well in English as you will have to answer my questions regarding the plan you have created over Skype.
Please be aware that I will own the Project Plan whether you are selected to go forward or not. For this reason do not list details that you might consider proprietary. We narrow down all project plan into 3 and will release the payment for the selected plan. No upfront payment. We might also offer a job for ongoing support if needed as project manager assistant.

• The site will feature HD training videos for rodeo cowboys in the sport of team roping.

Website (primary) Requirements:
• Ability (automated) to set up customer accounts with credit card (merchant account) and user accounts (user ID & password).
• Store, categorize, and play HD quality instructional videos within site for customers.
• More requirements will follow but the above are the basic ones.
What I am looking for in the Project Plan:
• Probably 2-6 pages. Nothing fancy. Mostly bullet items. Word or PDF format (or other if you like). May include links to sites that are helpful, applicable, comparable, or demonstrate a technology/concept.
• List of personnel needed (by roles) to complete the project (and sub tasks) and their estimated range of wages and hours required.
• Your personal estimated range of hours for project completion. Remember the assigned PM will be hiring the personnel and managing (paying in Odesk etc) them as well as reviewing and managing the project on a daily or as-needed basis and communicating with me at least 2 times a week.
• A total estimated range of project costs and range of time required to finish. Please factor in typical (unforeseen) items that are not forecast but standard. Keep in mind that I am not looking so much for low cost estimates but sufficient detail to show that costs will be captured and controlled as well as quality/creativity maintained.
• Please factor in for a reasonable number of small-to-medium changes on the way.
• Foundation web operating system recommendations.
• A list of software and utilities (plug ins etc) and cost (and on-going cost) of each
• Recommendations for hosting sites focusing on scalability and cost per performance/uptime/support. Also, estimated monthly costs for each.
• Continuing maintenance cost for website.
• Video playback formats and players to be evaluated and some very basic information about them.
• User Account and Subscription tools and recommendation.
• Plan to address “usability”
• Recommended way(s) (and tools) to track contractors hours and exchange data
• A basic plan to track the progress of the project
