We are looking for a Project Manager. We are a company based in China and the Philippines and we would like to establish website e-commerce stores selling to USA and Philippines with China as the manufacturing base. We are looking for a project manager who will do any or all the following
1) be our point person to locate and propose the appropriate company who will make and design websites for our approval.
2) to handle day to day correspondence with the website creating company, from design to full functionality.
3) to locate/propose the internet marketing company who will handle the marketing efforts to make the created website successful (company or companies can handle part or all of the following marketing efforts (a) SEO (b) Lead Generation (c) Blog & Forum Writing/Posting (d) social media marketing (e) PPC / search marketing, (f) affiliate marketing, etc)
4) to work with us and continuously come up with marketing strategies and promotions for our approvals and carry out its implementation to ensure its continuous success.
5) to work with us and continuously come up with what improvements can be done on the website in line with updating technology and market trends.
Below is a partial list of the projects we have. Looking for a project manager which will handle all or any of the below.
1) We have established phonesNgadgets.com, a magento e-commerce store with the intention to sell phones, tablets, gadgets, etc. However the website is taking too long to finish. I feel we may have not contracted the right website maker. We need you to step in, understand what is there to finish in the project based on my requirements and based on your assessment on what should and should not be there, and finish the project accordingly. I'm open to you working with the same website guys or just simply replace them with the team of your recommendation.
2) we would like to come up with a site which sells keyboards for tablets. we have come up with a website called innovativekeyboards.com with the intention of testing it first using basic PPC. if it tests well, then we can incorporate payment gateway and proceed for manufacturing of the product and have it shipped to a public warehouse, and accordingly use an internet marketing company to market the product. Initial intended market for this would be the US, followed by other countries. Again, it was given to the same company who is making phonesNgadgets and this is taking too long.
3) we would like to establish a website for our company. we are in the fabric business for close to 10 years, and we have always sold to fabric importers or garment factories thru traditional means. We would like to establish an online presence and put selected products online and accordingly expand the product line depending on the result of the internet marketing for the earlier ones.
As you are selected, a Skype discussion is to take place with us explaining to you on what need to be achieved and you are to create milestones / tasks for accomplishment. We are also looking forward to receiving daily and weekly reports.
We are looking forward to receiving applications inline with the above. Please give us the websites that you are currently "managing" as well for our review along with your preference of hourly rate or monthly rate.
