CoCoRide.com.au is planning to offer a ridesharing system to universities in Manila, Philippines. To convince these universities to take up our offer, we need to write compelling proposals that show we understand the requirements of the university. Your job will be to research the individual universities and amend a generic proposal adding in appropriate references.

=========How to apply==========
1. Please send an example of the best article (in English) you have ever written. Top marks if your article includes in text references that meet the CARS credibility checklist.
2. Attach a word document outlining two reasons why you think ridesharing is needed in Manila and support your arguments with citations in the IEEE citation format (read the instruction document).
NOTE: we will probably choose the first person who passes this test. Speed is also important for us.
=========What we're looking for========
We want someone who can do this kind of work to an exceptional standard on an ongoing basis. There is a lot more work like this if you can meet our standards. We'd really like you to become part of the team (that's why we asked you to write about why you think ridesharing is needed).
You'll get bonus marks if you have a university degree from the Philippines:) Our ideal candidate would be located in Manila so that they could actually deliver the proposals to universities. (Note delivering the proposal would be a separate job not covered under this contract).
