We are hiring 3-4 sales reps for 10-15 hours per week for one month with the top sales reps shifting to full-time after the one month trial. You will recruiting students to study in Australia.
This role is focused on following up existing student leads generated by our marketing team, but may include some outbound marketing as well. This role builds on the outbound marketing team’s lead generation by talking to prospective students, establishing qualification stage and closing qualified student leads.
*Salary*
Hourly rate for trial. If you become full-time you will receive a monthly salary plus bonuses.
*Location is Important*
You must be based in Manila, preferably near Intramuros, Claro M Recto or the University Belt.
*Responsibilities*
• Following up on leads generated by school visits.
• Following up on leads generated by inbound marketing.
• Finding out if students are qualified.
• Using our CRM system to maintain a database of leads.
• Reporting on your activities weekly.
• Checking in and checking out with management daily.
*Skills/Experience Required*
• Telesales and general sales experience.
• Experience with international education.
• Knowledge of the Australian market.
• Bachelor degree in a business or education related field.
*Work Hours*
For the trial we are happy to negotiate the exact timetable, as long as you work between 7am-6pm, Monday – Friday Philippines time. If you are selected to move to a full-time position, your hours will be approximately 7.30am-5pm Philippines time.
